Job SummaryThis individual will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department, guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
• Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates
• Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
• Assists with cost control management for the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Performs other duties as assigned
