About The Position

The Food Service Worker position is essential in our senior living locations, where you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and building food items while providing exceptional customer service. This role not only represents the client but also embodies the values of NexDine. You will be expected to exhibit great customer service in all aspects of your job, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied. As a Food Service Worker, you will prepare and present food items according to standardized recipes and directions, ensuring that all food safety policies and procedures are adhered to. You will set up workstations, including prep tables and service counters, and will be responsible for breaking down, cleaning, and sanitizing these areas after service. Serving food to customers while anticipating their needs and ensuring guest satisfaction is a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for replenishing food items and maintaining appropriate stock levels, all while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service. In addition to your food preparation duties, you will be expected to follow NexDine's safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
