The position involves various tasks related to food service and kitchen maintenance. Responsibilities include setting up serving lines with glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items such as salad, dessert, bread, and cold beverages. The incumbent will also be responsible for removing dishes and trays from tables, operating and cleaning all electrical equipment for food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. This includes cleaning kitchen equipment, separating food waste from dishes, loading and operating dishwashers, washing tables and counters, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen environment. Additional duties include sorting, washing, peeling, and cutting fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as performing other related tasks as assigned.
