Food Service Worker - Sugar Valley Lodge
About The Position
This position will be working in a local production/commercial kitchen. Duties may include: Cooking and food preparation Portioning and packaging meals Sanitation in conjunction with USDA and state guidelines. HAACP and health department regulation compliance Assisting to monitor costs and inventory controls. Requirements
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Holiday work is on a rotation
- A positive and consistent work ethic
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- A willingness to learn and grow within your position
- Food service experience preferred
- Ability to do basic math and read recipes
- Computer literacy preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Background check required
