Employee would work under the direction of the head cook assigned to that school. Must have good listening skills, able to read and follow recipes. Must have ability to work in team setting, be willing to learn to work various kitchen equipment. Must be clean and neat. Training is available in the following areas: Serving, Prep work, basic cooking methods, cash register, filling out production records, safety and sanitation. Required to wear safety shoes
