Responsible for brewing coffee, and keeping a good stock of beverages. Serves & replenishes hot food in cafeteria, including monitoring temperatures and quality of food. Areas include breakfast, lunch & dinner service. Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables and other equipment. Interacts with customers/patients throughout the day/evening. Helps answer questions about food, ingredients & special needs. Knowledgably about the food they are serving, including suggestive selling Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities

Sets up and stocks cafeteria using FIFO, monitors quality of food & assure enough food & paper stock available.
Responsible for brewing coffee, and keeping a good stock of beverages.
Serves & replenishes hot food in cafeteria, including monitoring temperatures and quality of food.
Areas include breakfast, lunch & dinner service.
Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables and other equipment.
Interacts with customers/patients throughout the day/evening.
Helps answer questions about food, ingredients & special needs.
Knowledgably about the food they are serving, including suggestive selling
