Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to follow safety and quality standards
- Minimum age of 17 required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant previous food service experience preferred.
- Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
- Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills
Nice To Haves
- Food service experience is helpful—but not required (we’ll train the right person!)
- Food Safety Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals for patients, staff, and visitors with care and attention
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Assist with tray assembly, delivery, and pickup
- Support kitchen operations including dishwashing, cleaning, and stocking
- Create a welcoming, friendly experience for everyone you serve
