Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Food Service Worker for our Nutrition Services department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Food Service Worker, you will: • Be responsible for food preparation and other customer service activities. • Working in the cafeteria at various stations (i.e. grill, pizza, and deli), cashiering, serving hot line items to customers and assisting with catering. • Operate standard food service equipment • Heavy physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 lbs.) including mopping. • Frequent walking, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing • Exposure to heat working at steam table, and extreme cold during trips to walk in refrigerator and freezer
