About The Position

Our Food Service Team Members perform a variety of duties for our front of house, back of house, dish room, outlets, and storeroom as needed. We host thousands of guests each year and generally provide them with 3 meals a day during their stay. Our goal is to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive to the dinning room to the moment they leave. You will be instrumental in shaping the overall guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, assisting in food preparations, and ensuring smooth dining experiences. This position is seasonal and is expected to last through November 1st, 2026. Holidays and weekends required.

  • Willing to learn and work in different areas of the Food Service team
  • Must be flexible, dependable, and organized
  • Able to perform duties in a manner reflecting good stewardship of time and resources
  • Able to work in a high volume setting with the goals of accuracy, speed of service, and food safety

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years in Food/Beverage industry

Responsibilities

  • Monitor food levels and guest counts through the door, and work with manager on duty and kitchen team to ensure adequate levels of fresh food
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations, dining room, and kitchen areas
  • Follow Health and Safety Guidelines and Food Preparation Guidelines
  • Receive, inspect, and put away food products and ensure products are in stock and in-date
  • Responsible for cleaning, stacking and drying pots, pans, kettles, and utensils used by the culinary staff
  • Complete other assignments as the Shift Leader and/or Supervisor may deem necessary
