Perform efficiently and effectively within the Hospitality Administration functions of the Lab Resources area, Courses Restaurant or Bakery Café or Courses Catering. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Overriding Expectation: Demonstrate strong customer service and/or student advocacy through a positive attitude of approachability, adaptability, strong problem-solving, and desire to identify and support student success. Reliable - has the ability to maintain scheduled hours Is willing to step into any role outside of receiving and assist with front of house, back of house, or events that may require lab tech assistance
