The Opportunity: Saint Luke’s South Hospital in Overland Park is currently looking for a Food Service Worker. The Shift: PRN (part time - as needed) 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM Weekends required The Work: Handling, preparing and serving food in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations. · Preparing of cafeteria food service and delivery of food to customers. · Restocking of cafeteria supplies · Maintaining sanitation of work areas dishes and equipment. · Maintaining inventory control, product rotation, labeling and safe food handling practices to assure continued availability to customers. There are a variety of roles available within Nutrition and can include Food Runner, Tray Line, Food Prep, Dishwasher, Store Room, and more.
