A Day in the Life A Food Service Worker may be responsible for: receiving, checking-in, stocking, and cleaning food products, set-up and tear down of equipment, general cold food preparation, and patient tray assembly. Cleaning kitchen vents, ovens, walk-in coolers, freezers, walls, and large commercial equipment in addition to regular kitchen cleaning. This will include light and heavy cleaning. Puts away and rotates stock. Perform other duties as assigned.
