Requirements
- Must be customer friendly and able to speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare food service preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handles portions and serves food in accordance with menu and dietary restrictions.
- Adheres to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines in the sanitation and maintenance of work area.
- May plan, organize and serve food for large groups.
- Covers, labels and dates all food products to be stored.
- Works assigned tasks on tray production line including preparation of patient meals trays and items for meal service.
- Responsible for accurate and timely delivery and picking up of patient trays in a customer friendly manner.
- Follows department regulatory standards including hair covering, wearing gloves, dress attire as required.
