JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Head Cook, the employee is responsible for preparing food, washing pots, pans and dishes, stocking, cleaning, assisting staff in kitchen area and other duties as assigned. Job Location: Remote Camp on the North Slope of Alaska Rotational Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off OR 3 weeks on/ 3 weeks off (depending on camp site) 12 hour shifts (40 hours of straight time and 44 hours of overtime each work week) Lodging and food included Point of Hire: Anchorage, AK. Travel/Flights from Anchorage to job site provided.
