• Manage catering onsite service in accordance with ARAMARK's standardized program.
• Assist with the establishment and organization of the ARAMARK Environmental Services program.
• Manage catering service routines during mealtime to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee crew scheduling, shifting, and attendance for optimal service during mealtime.
• Implement ongoing improvements in working efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct safety training to enhance safety awareness and provide a safe workplace.
• Manage inventory, tools, materials, and fixed assets; ensure cleanliness of tableware and environment.
• Facilitate good internal communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements.
• Conduct training to improve service skills and capabilities.
