The Food Service Worker II provides excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff, aligning with the organization's and department's expectations. This role involves a variety of food service and retail support activities, including receiving, stocking, production support, formula preparation, meal and snack assembly, and delivery of food and formula to patients, families, staff, and catering customers. Responsibilities also include sanitation and cashiering. The individual must safely clean and operate various preparation, production, and sanitation equipment, and interpret, implement, and follow HACCP and other food safety regulations.
