Location: Bethesda Butler Hospital, 3125 Hamilton Mason Road, Hamilton, OH 45011 Under the direct supervision of the manager, this position sets up, works, and cleans respective positions of patient tray line, dish unit, pots & pans, cafeteria or food production units. This position performs numerous activities that require constant interaction with co-workers and guests, must function as a team player, and provide prompt, courteous friendly service that exemplifies our commitment to Service Excellence.

Requirements

Able to read and perform basic math calculations
Reading and writing skills

Responsibilities

Works assigned position on tray stations placing appropriate items on trays neatly, accurately and deliver carts to floors all within time guidelines.
Works assigned position in dish unit, pot and pan, or cart delivery using PPE'S, correct sanitation procedures all within time guidelines.
Work area and equipment properly stocked, cleaned and sanitized according to established department standards and HAACP.
Teamwork and flexibility. Is flexible to meet department needs. Picks up extra time, works over when needed. Mentors new employees.
Prepares and delivers patient nourishments, floor stock, late trays and other requests in accordance with established procedures.
Customer Service
Cleaning assignments completed regularly
