Here’s What You Need High School Diploma or Equivalent Required FHC - Food Handlers Certificate 30 Days required What You Will Do Serves food on the cafeteria and patient tray lines Assemble, deliver and retrieve patient trays Documents food delivery times and performs simple record keeping. Cleans and sanitizes equipment routinely Washes and sanitizes dishes, and all cooking utensils Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
