About The Position

The Food Service Worker provides efficient and friendly food service to customers. Performs a variety of duties in the department including hot and cold food preparation, grill cooking, portioning hot and cold foods, cash handling and general cleaning of area.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of general food service experience required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more (2+) years of experience with food service preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification Food Handlers Card preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Ability to use web based programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly food service to customers.
• Perform hot and cold food preparation.
• Cook on the grill as needed.
• Portion hot and cold foods for service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the food service area.
