About The Position
This position involves preparing, assembling, and delivering patient meals while adhering to quality, service, infection control, and food safety standards. The role includes delivering stock supplies to patient floor kitchens, serving guests, and maintaining positive customer relations. Responsibilities also encompass replenishing used foods and supplies, completing sanitation duties, and performing dish room duties as assigned. Additionally, the position requires collecting payments for guest trays and handling transactions for food sales in the cafeteria as a cashier, following established policies and procedures. The role involves setting up and serving meals for corporate retail, catering, Doctors Dining Room, and other dining outlets, as well as decorating buffet and reception tables as assigned. This position is integral to ensuring high-quality food preparation and service, contributing to the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of customers.
