• Current Washington State Food Handler's Permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates cash register, accurately makes change, and deposits cash at the end of the shift.
• Serves food and beverages to guests, maintaining attractive displays and proper quantities.
• Brews coffee and ensures that beverages are prepared and stocked.
• Maintains and documents temperatures of food items and equipment.
• Uses F.I.F.O. (First In-First Out) for product handling and storage.
• Takes inventory and maintains stock at proper levels.
• Stocks cafeteria with clean dishes and puts away clean wares.
• Operates dish machine and washes/sanitizes pots, pans, and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes food service equipment and work areas.
• Empties and sanitizes garbage cans and recycling collection bins.
