About The Position
The Aging Services Department of Weber Human Services (WHS) is located in Ogden, Utah. WHS was organized by a cooperative agreement between the Weber and Morgan County governments to serve as a local authority for provision of their substance abuse, mental health and senior (Aging) services. We provide opportunities and support for the senior citizens of Weber and Morgan Counties to increase their quality of life and extend their independence. Our programs are delivered with sensitivity to the frail elderly and those who have the greatest social and economic needs. Weber Human Services creates hope and opportunities that enable all clients and staff to: do the work necessary to become their best self and find joy through people, place and purpose. Assist Food Service Worker2 with preparation of hot and cold food items, Cupping side dishes salads, desserts, fruits. Counting out into routes and special diets. Delivering breakfast to 3 sites every morning. General cleaning and sanitizing of work area and workstations, equipment and utensils, sweeping mopping Work hours 6am to 11am Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Basic math skills
- Clean driving record with valid driver's license
- Valid food handlers permit
Nice To Haves
- Commercial food experience preferred
