About The Position

We are seeking an experienced warehouse associate to join our team at the Culinary Center in Plymouth! We are seeking a reliable and motivated hybrid Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position requires a DOT license. This position combines standard warehouse duties with the operation of commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. The Warehouse Associate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically fit, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
  • Ability to drive commercial Vehicle
  • Possess a Valid Driver's License, Dot License and a Clean Driving Record
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Valid DOT certification
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong focus on safety and reliability

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Inspect goods for defects or damages and report discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
  • Efficiently pick orders according to customer requirements.
  • Pack and label orders for shipping.
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and well-packaged.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to management.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
  • Prepare shipping documents and labels.
  • Coordinate with carriers for timely and cost-effective shipments.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Transport materials and finished goods
  • Perform vehicle inspections
  • Maintain logs and delivery documentation
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and production support
