About The Position

The Food Services Team is looking for a Food Service Technician to help maintain the sanitation and safety standards in the dish room. We maintain the cleanliness of the front of the house as well as support other areas in the kitchen.

Requirements

Food Service experience preferred.
Ability to problem solve.
Willingness to help other areas in the kitchen as needed.
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness standards in the cafeteria.
Operate quantity food service equipment, such as dish machine, mixer, oven, slicer, and food processor.
Be flexible with where you work.
Be able to support other areas of the kitchen.
Follows all health, food, and physical safety regulations in the preparation and storage of food and in cleanup of all areas of the cafe.
