To prepare snacks. nourishments and other food items for resident service and trayline/utility. Helps to maintain sanitation. Cleans trays, carts and other equipment. Helps on the trayline/utility when needed. Assists with delivery and retrieval of food carts. Must be available to work an alternate work schedule with shifts worked on weekdays, alternate weekends and some holidays.
