Requirements

Responsibilities

• Communicate and serve customers in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner.
• Produce food items as requested by customers in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Operate the cash register and handle receipts and cash according to department procedures.
• Keep the workplace clean, neat, and in safe conditions.
• Possess flexibility to work in various positions within the retail operation and execute those positions effectively.
• Perform all necessary duties to serve food and maintain cleanliness in food production and serving areas.
• Maintain all equipment in an acceptable and sanitary condition.
• Cook and assemble food items properly following established procedures and customer requests.
• Adhere to Serv Safe and HACCP guidelines for working in food production areas.
• Store, date, and label leftover food according to established procedures.
• Rotate food items for freshness and safety to minimize food waste.
• Report any unsafe conditions of food, property, and equipment.
• Fill out daily food requisitions for 725 Grille.
• Troubleshoot complaints in conjunction with leads, supervisors, and managers.
