About The Position
Assists in any area of food preparation and service in the school kitchen and cafeteria. Maintains kitchen and dining area in a safe and sanitary condition Practices excellent customer service and is responsible for understanding federal and state procedures for claiming meals, including operation of the point of sale system
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Able to work cooperatively with fellow staff and children
- Excellent Customer Service
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- School food service experience
- Food safety training
- Commercial kitchen equipment operation
- Cashier experience
- Excellent basic math skills
- Must include resume and cover letter with online application
