The Food Service Team Leader role provides skills and experience in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first and freshness culture, Food & Beverage business fundamentals (sales trends, freshness, food safety and quality, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies), planning daily/weekly workload, and leading a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating, retaining, and developing talent.
