About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand sales goals and execute daily/weekly workload to meet department and store sales goals.
• Plan food service transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, promotions, and price changes.
• Assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and guest traffic patterns.
• Assess food service areas for safety and proper inventory levels.
• Follow food safety requirements and cleaning routines.
• Lead team to uphold Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards.
• Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders.
• Make production quantity decisions to ensure freshness and profitability.
• Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes.
• Model a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
