The Food Service Team Leader/Cook will help oversee the food service operation under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Ensures compliance with department regulations, and procedures in conformance with administrative policies and accredited agencies. Assists in developing standards for organization and supervision of food service. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
