Madison College has an exciting and engaging opportunity for a Food Service Support member to join our Front of House (FOH) team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with FOH Supervisor to deliver exceptional experiences to our community college. This Food Service Support (FOH) position provides beverage and food service support by crafting high-quality Starbucks drinks, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring efficient customer transactions. This position requires adherence to standardized recipes, inventory management, and the delivery of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, while contributing to institutional goals by creating a welcoming experience and upholding health and safety standards. All FOH employees will be trained to support all areas of Barista and Cafeteria. This is full-time, 40 hours a week, 38 weeks during the academic year from August to May. Working hours will fall within the general operating hours of 6:30am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
