POSITION SUMMARY: The Food Production Supervisor plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to food production, culinary operations and complying with the standards established by the Food & Nutrition Services Department and regulatory agencies. Lead food production staff. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for patients, visitors and staff.
