The Food Service Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring efficient food service operations across Academy District 20. Each Food Service Supervisor is assigned to a base school and is responsible for maintaining sufficient inventory within the base kitchen to ensure smooth daily meal service. This includes overseeing product requisitions, managing stock levels, and coordinating with the Kitchen Manager to keep operations running efficiently. The Food Service Supervisor also supports district-wide logistics by assisting with product movement between host and satellite schools and driving a district vehicle when needed. This hands-on role works closely with the General Manager, Logistics Assistant, Kitchen Manager, and Area Food Service Managers to maintain accurate inventory records, fulfill requisitions, and uphold Aramark’s standards for food safety, accuracy, and service excellence.
