Primary Function: Under general supervision, directs and utilizes the general operation of the bakery and commissary; utilizes resources to provide high quality service; solicits and responds to information; and supports student and staff recruitment, retention and training.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent and two years of directly related food distribution experience; or any equivalent combination of post high school education and experience providing a knowledge or background in institutional food service distribution.
