Requirements
- Education and Training: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in preparing patient formulas and serving diet foods
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- The Food Service Supervisor will oversee the food service operation.
- Ensures compliance with department regulations, and procedures in conformance with administrative policies and accredited agencies.
- Assists in developing standards for organization and supervision of food service.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
