The Food Service Supervisor provides oversight and direction to teams responsible for patient/resident, retail, and catering services (as applicable). They coordinate and lead, in conjunction with others on the department management team, to ensure that all meals are prepared and served in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines as well as meeting therapeutic nutritional guidelines. Able to lead and engage a diverse team, providing the necessary training required to execute specific position requirements while assisting them to work toward their full potential.
