The Toledo Zoo is currently seeking a part-time Food Service Supervisor-BOH Catering. Under supervision of the Executive chef and Sous chef, the Food Service Supervisor-BOH Catering plans, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of all Food Service Concessions. The ideal candidate will produce quality food with a quality experience for everyone involved. Responsibilities will include training and coordinating leaders and crew members, maintaining and tracking inventory and staffing levels, compiling reports, ordering products, monitoring employee performance, and supervising food preparation processes. Will perform additional duties as assigned. This position reports to the Executive Chef, is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over forty (40) in a work week.
