ROLE As a Quick Service Specialist at Oli Oli, you hold a central position in ensuring the seamless and professional delivery of our quick-service experience. Your multifaceted role encompasses various responsibilities, from accurate order management and payment processing to the meticulous preparation of shave ice, efficient transportation of to-go food from our Kahiko Kitchen, and the organization of the expo line. All these tasks must be executed with unwavering adherence to established food safety guidelines.

  • Previous food running experience is recommended, but not required
  • Previous cash handling experience required 1 year
  • Highly organized and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Be polite and courteous to both internal and external guests
  • Exhibit expertise in crafting shave ice, meticulously following Oli Oli's prescribed recipes and exacting standards
  • Develop understanding of Micros POS system to accurately ring and collect payments
  • Follow proper LGG cash handling guidelines
  • Communicate needs to cooks and prep cooks in a professional manner
  • Prepare cash drops and reconcile receipts daily
  • Accurately deliver orders from the Kahiko Kitchen to Oli Oli in a timely fashion
  • Execute meticulous handling of expo line items, strictly adhering to established food safety guidelines
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Uphold the cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, utensils, and workstations to the highest standards
  • Stock and maintain food and merchandise levels as needed
