The Food Service Sales Representative for Local Restaurants is responsible for executing a selling strategy aimed at winning local restaurant business while also supporting existing accounts. This role involves managing key customer relationships, ensuring compliance with customer agreements, and delivering exceptional customer support. The representative will focus on growing brand distribution and executing annual priorities set by PBNA.

  • Win New Local Restaurant Business within designated territory
  • Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts
  • Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Forecast responsibility
  • Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can volume growth
  • Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
