Under the general supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager and the Food Service Supervisor, the Food Service Sales Associate is responsible for the day-to-day transactions, food preparations, sanitization, and general cleanliness of the food service area. This role involves presenting and selling food and beverage products, preparing food as directed, performing all sanitation needs and duties, and working special events and tournaments as assigned. The associate is also expected to demonstrate and support District customer service standards. Additionally, the position includes assisting Cart & Range Attendants by stocking and managing inventory of all products on the beverage cart, operating the beverage cart on the course to provide food and beverage sales to patrons, and assisting related staff with special duties assigned by the Food Service Manager.
