The LaCarte Manager is entrusted with the comprehensive management and supervision of the LaCarte Department. This role encompasses overseeing department personnel, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving key performance metrics such as sales, gross profit, labor, shrink, and inventory goals. The manager is responsible for product ordering, quality control, presentation, merchandising, organization, pricing, stocking, shelf allocation, staffing, training, turnover, and morale. In addition to these duties, the LaCarte Manager plays a crucial role in boosting sales by employing the five steps of retail selling: connecting with customers, qualifying their needs, presenting solutions, closing sales, and fostering long-term customer relationships. They ensure adherence to company and department-specific policies and procedures, and perform the job functions of other department personnel when necessary.
