The Food Service Manager will work closely with the Market Grille Department Manager, Mia Italian Department Manager, Hy-Chi Department Manager, Service Managers, Chefs, and Market Grille Service Staff. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and the ability to manage various food service departments effectively. The manager will oversee food quality and presentation across all departments, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained. Additionally, the Food Service Manager will analyze sales trends, prepare advertising projections, and collaborate with other management personnel to plan marketing strategies and special restaurant functions. In this fast-paced environment, the Food Service Manager must be proactive in addressing customer complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
