About The Position

Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following position for the 2025-2026 school year: Location: Riverside Elementary Position: Food Service Manager II Hours: 8 hours per day Calendar: 186 days per year (August-June) Vision We Are GP! Requirements

  • Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade and additional courses in home economics preferred.
  • Three years of experience in the preparation and serving of foods in a school lunchroom or cafeteria.
  • Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card upon date of hire.
  • Knowledge of methods of preparing, cooking, and serving foods; procedures involved in managing a large school lunchroom; federal and state forms; proper nutrition.
