The Food Service Manager (FSM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. This manager, utilizing the food service team, ensures the efficient execution of all fresh food/food service programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines and supports the General Manager in all facets of running the store. The FSM is also responsible for training Food Service Associates, maintaining a safe, sanitary, and appetizing food service environment, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and overseeing the selection, development, and training of all associates in the department.
