About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• SS-Serve Save Certified.
• Certified Dietary Manager upon hire.
• 8 years of recent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of food service production and administration in a healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including team building and coaching.
• Understanding of operations and workflows in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to develop and manage a budget.
• Tactical and analytical thinking skills for planning and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy.
