Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a Food Service Manager 3 for Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing high-volume dining operations in a college/university or contract food service setting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience training and supervising hourly employees; union experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of food production, basic culinary operations, and service execution.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships.
• Possess a collaborative mindset and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic campus environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of resident and/or retail dining venues, ensuring quality food production, safety, and service standards.
• Manage and develop frontline staff, to ensure a positive team culture and consistent performance.
• Control food and labor costs through effective scheduling, production planning, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety programs.
• Provide positive and constructive feedback to employees to reward, coach, correct and motivate in order to drive a high-level of employee engagement.
