Sodexo is seeking an engaging Food Service Manager 3 to join our dining services team at Carlyle Place in Macon, Georgia. This upscale Life Plan Community is set on a beautifully landscaped 58‑acre campus just minutes from downtown. We’re looking for a hospitality‑focused leader who enjoys interacting with the residents and their families.The typical schedule is 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with rotating weekend coverage and some holidays. What You'll Do have oversight of daily food service operations for our skilled, assisted living and memory care residents (dining room service, tray service for approx. 110 residents); meet with residents and families to go over diets, participate in Care Plan meetings; develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships; develop strategic plans; create a positive environment; and ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
