About The Position

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic Food Service Manager 3 to help lead our vibrant food operations at Eco Labs in Eagan, MN. Requirements

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in food service management and catering
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
Tech-savvy and creative mindset for marketing initiatives
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum
Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of 10 hourly employees
Catering Excellence: Coordinate day-to-day logistics and execute upscale events
Operational Management: Oversee purchasing, staffing, and scheduling
Innovation & Technology: Utilize our everyday app and other tools to streamline operations
Marketing Initiatives: Drive engagement and promote our services creatively
