About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 3 to work at Allina Mercy Hospital located in Coon Rapids, MN. This leader will support both retail and patient services. The successful candidate will create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily, deliver high quality food service, mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff, develop and maintain client and customer relationships, perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy, exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits, and implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast paced food environment
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and coach frontline employees
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset
