Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Resource Food Service Manager 2 to support our operations at Toyota in Georgetown, KY. Resource roles are unique, up to 1-year assignments designed to ensure seamless coverage during vacations, medical leaves, new account openings, large events, and more. While temporary in nature, these positions often lead to permanent placement opportunities. In fact, Resource employees are eligible to apply for permanent roles right away. At Toyota, you’ll be part of a vibrant food service operation that includes 5 Cafés serving breakfast and lunch, 7 Micro-Markets, and a robust Catering Program. This variety means every day is different—and every challenge is a chance to grow.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations, including ordering, inventory management, food safety, and quality standards
• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct staff during busy meal periods and large events
• Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering a great guest experience
• Comfortable assisting with catering logistics and execution
• Flexibility to step into different locations, covering for various managers, and handling unexpected challenges
• Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
• Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations when café managers are out
• Support back-of-house functions to ensure smooth service
• Step in on the floor and work stations when needed
• Manage ordering, inventory, and staffing during meal periods
• Provide hands-on support for catering events
